Here are a few, somewhat under the radar (well, at least not huge blockbusters), previews for movies coming out this summer. These are all going to be for-sure views when they come out.
4. The Kings Of Summer - Nick Offerman coming out May 31, 2013. Just looks like a fun movie.
3. Prince Avalanche - Paul Rudd, Emile Hirsch coming out August 9, 2013. I'm a huge Paul Rudd fan... I think everyone is. He's like that funny friend that everyone had in high school and/or college. The only reason I have this at #3 and not #2 or #1 is Emile Hirsch... basically, I'm not a fan. Not to say I don't like any of the movies that he has been in, but him specifically... I could do without.
2. Odd Thomas - Anton Yelchin and Willem Dafoe coming out September 17, 2013. I read most of these books a few months ago. The first book is definately my favorite, so I'm exited to see it come to live on the screen. Anton Yelchin (Chekov from the new Star Trek) is Odd and to me, he seems like he fits the part. I would suggest reading this book before seeing the movie later this year.
1. The Way Way Back - Sam Rockwell, Maya Rudolph, Steve Carell, Toni Collette, Nat Faxon coming out July 5, 2013. Out of these previews, this is the one I am most excited for. I'm a huge fan of Sam Rockwell and think he is probably one of the most unappreciated actors right now... I'll watch and (at the least) like anything he does. And there's Maya Rudolph... oh Maya. Ever since Away We Go I have had this crush on her... I can't explain it. Watching this preview, it has a Adventureland vibe to it... but I'm sure this will be better since Kristen Stewart isn't in this one.
